It was dangerous to drive short distances let alone the 6 hours to return home via I-5. I could barely maneuver from gas pedal to brake. I brought my vehicle in on Monday and was helped by Jose Viernos (sp?) who was very friendly and helpful. As an out of towner, I really appreciate the friendliness and level of service and the professionalism of this department and all of the staff. Having your vehicle break while on vacation is a terrible experience, but I felt confident that everything was going to be fine after a few moments with my service advisor. I felt that I was in good hands and after making it home safely, I was proven right. It's a shame I'm in Northern California, otherwise, I would likely bring all of my business to this facility."
