Kimberley G. says "I had the pleasure of dealing with what I would consider a "superb" customer service representative in the person of Jeff Roberson.  I had recently made the decision to purchase a new car and I had cash to do so, however, I was looking for a very distinct vehicle, my top choices were a 2010 Lincoln Navigator, Cadillac Escalade or GMC Denali.  After test drving all of the above vehicles and accidently stumbling across the Enclave, my mind was set!
I did extensive research online and decided to request additional information via the internet.  I was subsequently contacted by Cerrritos GMC, Signal Hill, Long Beach and Buena Park (Simpson), from the very beginning Jeff was the most informative and patient representative.  I spent many years as a District Manager for a major Financial Company and I tell you I would LOVE to have Jeff on my team.
Jeff took his time, he stayed late 2 days just to answer questions and prepare our vehicle.  Jeff was also persistent, not pushy but persistent!  Jeff Roberson followed through on every email and phone call, one day did not go by without me hearing a status update from him.  I have purchased many vehicles and going to the dealership has always been a "chore" at best, but Jeff made this purchase a pleasant experience.
I'm not too sure who hired Jeff, but congratulations Jeff is a retention builder (as we say in banking) he'll make sure your customers stay and bring friends.
